أخبرنا قتيبة، وعلي بن حجر، قالا: حدثنا خلف يعني ابن خليفة، عن منصور بن زاذان، عن الحكم بن عتيبة، عن أبي وائل، عن مسروق قال: «القاضي إذا أكل الهدية فقد أكل السحت، وإذا قبل الرشوة بلغت به الكفر»0
